Registration

For each accepted paper, at least one author must be registered for the conference, and present the paper at the conference. In order for APLAS to cover the cost of running the symposium, we expect each accepted paper to have at least one registration. We will exclude the distribution of any paper that is not presented at the conference from the technical program and the official proceedings.

Registration Deadline:

Early Registration: October 20th, 2019
Late Registration: November 15th, 2019

	Student	Rp 4.000.000,-
Workshop only:	Rp 3.000.000,-

Workshop only:	Rp 4.500.000,-

Note:

The conference registration covers the lunches on Dec 1st – 4th, the reception on Dec 2nd, and the banquet dinner on Dec 3th.
The workshop registration covers the lunch on Dec 1st.
In order to register as a student, you should be a full-time student and send a scanned copy of the student card or a proof of enrollment document to aplas2019@cs.ui.ac.id

APLAS 2019 registration accepts online payment (using credit card) and bank transfer.

Note:

Payment must be made in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) in charge of international transaction fee.
